Clean room and bathroom, comfortable & clean bed, silent floor. Wi-Fi working OK. The "Market" was very helpful in the Lobby with a large variety of food & beverages. Desk staff was helpful and polite. Check-in and out was very fast and efficient.

The front desk staff was fantastic! Friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Especially Vanessa! She set us up in the top floor room and it made our trip! We couldn’t thank her enough. She was great! The room we were in was spacious and very comfortable and had an awesome view of the Gaslamp Quarter and the Bay. The building was very cool and had lots of character and the doormen were very attentive and friendly guys.

You couldn't ask for a better location in San Diego. Nice walk to a lot of places downtown. The room was beautiful. Lots of space, clean bathrooms, good linens, comfortable bed. A/C is positioned so it didn't blow on the bed. A really nice place to stay!

hotel is clean, safe, comfortable and located near Gaslamp area but with less noise. Staff are extremely cooperative especially Micheal and Deia this hotel is recommended.

This is an actual bank, a historic bank in downtown san diego Is the real marble the old solid Wooden doors are fantastically sturdy and historic and wonderful Beyond beyonce of being in a building built in the nineteenth Nineteen twenties is amazing

I had no idea about the historic nature of the building and was delighted to see how well the old architecture and modern hotel were merged. Very friendly front desk people. Will come again.

Great room, clean and lovely decor. Main lobby area was beautiful. Close to Gaslight district and great restaurants. Flew in late and did a quick self walking tour of Gaslight district in the morning so did not eat at restaurant or use facilities this time to be able to comment.
